Your Sayify workspace already comes with a branded subdomain (e.g. your-company.sayify.pro) that works out of the box. But what if you want respondents to see your own domain instead?
That's what custom domains are for — connect a domain you own (like feedback.yourcompany.com) so your public intake pages are served entirely under your brand.

Custom domain mapping is coming soon. We're putting the finishing touches on this feature. Your branded subdomain (your-company.sayify.pro) is fully functional today — configure it in Branding & Domain settings.
🚀 What's Coming
Custom domains will let you connect your own domain to Sayify, so intake pages are served under a URL you fully control — like feedback.yourcompany.com or voice.acme.io. Here's what to expect:

🔧 How It Will Work
Once the feature launches, setup will be simple:
- Go to Settings → Branding & Domain → Domain tab.
- Enter your desired domain (e.g.
feedback.yourcompany.com). - Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to
cname.sayify.pro. - Click Verify in Sayify to confirm DNS propagation.
- SSL is provisioned automatically — you're live! 🎉
Your intake pages will then be accessible at:
https://feedback.yourcompany.com/i/your-form-slug
All your branding settings (logo, colours, layout) will apply seamlessly on the custom domain.

While custom domains are in development, your branded subdomain is fully functional:

This is separate from custom domains — your subdomain is managed under Branding & Domain settings and works right now. Custom domains will add the ability to use your own domain on top of this.
