Serve Sayify intake pages from your own domain for a fully branded experience.
Custom Domains
Custom domains let eligible accounts publish Sayify intake pages on a domain you own, such as:
https://feedback.yourcompany.com/i/client-intake
Every workspace also keeps its Sayify subdomain, such as:
https://your-company.sayify.pro/i/client-intake
That fallback stays available while your custom domain is being connected.
When to Use a Custom Domain
Use a custom domain when you want respondents to see your brand from the first click.
This is especially useful for:
- Agencies managing intake forms for multiple clients.
- Customer feedback and support portals.
- Client onboarding or qualification forms.
- Employee or partner intake pages.
- White-labeled experiences where the Sayify brand should stay in the background.
Availability
Custom domains are available on eligible paid and lifetime plans.
Included custom domain allowances:
| Plan | Included custom domains |
|---|---|
| Free | 0 |
| Starter | 0 |
| Pro | 1 |
| Business | 5 |
| Enterprise | Custom |

Additional custom domains can be added from Billing when available for your plan. Domain allowance is managed at the account level, which makes it easier to support multiple client workspaces from one billing home.
Supported Domain Format
Use a subdomain:
feedback.yourcompany.com
forms.yourcompany.com
intake.yourcompany.com
Root domains are not supported:
yourcompany.com
Connect a Custom Domain
- Open Branding & Domain from the sidebar.
- Go to the Domain tab.
- In Custom Domain, enter the subdomain you want to use.
- Click Add.
- Copy the record Sayify shows you.
- Add that record in your domain provider, such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Route 53.
- Return to Sayify and click Check setup.
Once the setup is complete, public intake links can use your custom domain.
What Respondents See
After the domain is active, respondents can open links on your branded domain:
https://feedback.yourcompany.com/i/client-intake
Your Sayify subdomain still works too:
https://your-company.sayify.pro/i/client-intake
This gives you a safe fallback if you ever change DNS, pause a custom domain, or move a client to another workspace.
Domain Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
