Create your first voice feedback link and start collecting responses in under 5 minutes.

Getting Started

This guide walks you through setting up your first voice intake link on Sayify.pro.

Step 1: Create an Account

  1. Visit app.sayify.pro
  2. Sign up with your email or Google account
  3. You'll be taken to the dashboard with a default workspace ready

Navigate to Intake Links in the sidebar (app.sayify.pro/links) and click + Create Link. The link creation wizard has three steps:

Basic Info

  1. Give your link a name (e.g., "Product Feedback Q1")
  2. A URL slug will be auto-generated — edit it if you'd like a custom one
  3. Add a description that respondents will see on the intake page
  4. Click Next

Questions

  1. Add one or more questions with different response types:

    • Voice — spoken audio answers
    • Text — typed responses
    • Multiple Choice — predefined options
    • File Upload — documents, images, etc.
  2. For each question, you can optionally configure:

    • Conditional Branching — show or skip questions based on previous answers
    • AI Intelligence & Insights — extract sentiment, urgency level, executive summary, action items, features mentioned, personal tags, and any custom fields
    • AI Follow-Up Questions — automatically probe deeper when a response is vague or unclear (set clarity threshold and max follow-ups)
  3. Click Next

Final Settings

  1. Configure a thank you message or redirect URL shown after submission
  2. Optionally attach a webhook to send responses to your own backend in real time
  3. Click Create — your public link is live immediately

You can customize the URL slug (e.g., your-subdomain.sayify.pro/i/my-product-feedback) when creating your link.

Copy the public URL and share it via:

  • Email — Paste into email campaigns or direct messages
  • Social media — Share on Twitter, LinkedIn, or Slack
  • Website embed — Link from your product or website
  • QR codes — Copy the QR code and share it with your audience

Step 4: View Responses

As responses come in, you'll see them in your Inbox:

  • Listen to voice recordings with a built-in player
  • Read automatic transcriptions
  • View AI sentiment analysis and insights
  • Filter, search, and tag responses
  • Export to CSV or JSON

Step 5: Alert & Actions

Never miss a response:

  1. When responses are submitted, our AI agents analyze the response and extract insights.
  2. Based on insights - alerts and actions are automatically created. You can track the alerts in Alerts page and Create actions and resolve in Actions page.
