A workspace is your team's shared home. Every link, response, integration, and team member lives inside a workspace — keeping projects cleanly separated.

An intake link is a shareable URL (like your-subdomain.sayify.pro/i/product-feedback) that collects voice responses from anyone — customers, employees, event attendees, or anyone else.
Think of it as a smart voice form with these key properties:

- Actions — Create follow‑up tasks tied to specific responses. Assign them to team members, set due dates, and track completion.
- Alerts — AI‑triggered notifications based on rules you define — like "alert me when sentiment is negative" or "flag any feedback mentioning 'billing'."
