Sayify.pro replaces traditional text forms and surveys with voice‑first intake — letting you collect richer, more honest feedback in a fraction of the time.
Below are the core building blocks you'll work with every day.


🏢 Workspaces

A workspace is your team's shared home. Every link, response, integration, and team member lives inside a workspace — keeping projects cleanly separated.

What you should know Details
Multiple workspaces Own as many workspaces as your plan allows — great for separating departments, clients, or projects.
Workspace roles Invite teammates as Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer — each with appropriate permissions.
Switch instantly Use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to jump between workspaces without logging out.
Per‑workspace billing Each workspace runs on its own subscription plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).
Scoped API keys API tokens are tied to a single workspace, so integrations stay isolated and secure.

💡 Tip: Your first workspace is created automatically during onboarding. You can rename it or create additional workspaces from Settings → Workspace.


An intake link is a shareable URL (like your-subdomain.sayify.pro/i/product-feedback) that collects voice responses from anyone — customers, employees, event attendees, or anyone else.

Think of it as a smart voice form with these key properties:

Title The name respondents see at the top of the form.
Description Brief context explaining what you're collecting and why.
Slug The unique URL path — e.g. /i/product-feedback.
Questions One or more questions, each with a configurable response type (see below).
Settings Branding customisation, thank‑you messages, redirect URLs, and email‑capture rules.
Status Toggle between Active (accepting responses) and Paused (temporarily closed).

You can create links from scratch or jumpstart with one of our pre‑built templates spanning 12 industry categories — from Customer Feedback and Sales to HR & Recruiting and eCommerce.

💡 Tip: Share your intake links via email, Slack, QR code, or embed them directly on your website. Respondents don't need a Sayify account.

Each intake link contains one or more questions. Sayify supports 9 flexible response types, so you can mix and match within a single form:

📬 Responses & Sessions

When someone fills out your intake link, that submission is called a response (or session). Each response contains:

  • ✅ One answer per question — voice, text, file, or selection.
  • 🗣️ Automatic transcription for every voice answer — powered by AI.
  • 🧠 AI insights — sentiment, topics, summaries, and actionable flags (see below).
  • 📧 An optional respondent email if you enabled email capture.
  • 📊 A session status that tracks progress:

Every voice response is automatically analysed by Sayify's AI engine. You get rich, structured insights without lifting a finger:

📥 Inbox & Case Management

The Inbox is your mission control for reviewing responses. But Sayify goes beyond a simple list — it includes a full case management workflow:

  • Inbox Cases — Every response can become a trackable case with a status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed) and priority level (Low, Medium, High, Critical).
  • Actions — Create follow‑up tasks tied to specific responses. Assign them to team members, set due dates, and track completion.
  • Alerts — AI‑triggered notifications based on rules you define — like "alert me when sentiment is negative" or "flag any feedback mentioning 'billing'."
