Jumpstart your voice intake forms with pre‑built templates — browse by industry, preview questions, and launch in seconds.
📦 Templates
Building a voice intake form from scratch is easy — but starting from a template is even faster. Sayify ships with a curated library of pre‑built templates spanning 12 industry categories, each loaded with best‑practice questions, smart defaults, and AI configurations.
💡 Tip: Templates don't lock you in. They simply pre‑fill the link creation wizard — you can customise every detail before publishing.
How Templates Work
Templates are global presets maintained by the Sayify team. When you select one:
- Browse — Open the Templates page from the sidebar.
- Filter — Use category filter pills to narrow by industry.
- Preview — Each template card shows its icon, name, description, and question count.
- Use — Click Use Template to launch the link creation wizard with everything pre‑filled.
- Customise — Adjust the title, description, questions, and settings to fit your needs.
- Publish — Save and share your new intake link.
The original template is never modified — each use creates a brand‑new intake link in your workspace.

What's Inside a Template
Every template comes pre‑loaded with carefully designed content:
| Component | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Questions | One or more questions with optimal response types (voice, text, multiple choice, etc.), ordering, and required/optional flags. |
| Settings | Default description, thank‑you message, and optional redirect URL. |
| AI Configuration | Pre‑tuned AI analysis rules for evaluating responses (sentiment thresholds, topic detection, etc.). |
| Alert Presets | Suggested alert rules — e.g. "notify me on negative sentiment" — that get created automatically when you use the template. |
| Suggested Actions | Recommended follow‑up action templates for your case management workflow. |
Questions & Response Types
Each template's questions use one or more of Sayify's 9 response types. You can mix and match within any form:
| Type | Best for |
|---|---|
| 🎤 Voice | Open‑ended feedback — automatically transcribed by AI |
| ✏️ Text | Written responses, short answers |
| 🎤✏️ Voice + Text Fallback | Gives respondents the choice — great for accessibility |
| 📋 Multiple Choice | Selecting from predefined options |
| 🔢 Number | Ratings, scores, quantities |
| Capturing a validated email address | |
| 📅 Date | Date‑based inputs |
| ✅ Yes / No | Simple binary decisions |
| 📎 File Upload | Attaching documents, images, or screenshots |
Additional Question Settings
- Required / Optional — Control whether respondents can skip a question.
- Conditional Logic — Show or hide questions based on previous answers.
- Dynamic AI Probing — For voice questions, AI can automatically ask smart follow‑up questions based on what the respondent said.
- Evaluator Config — Fine‑tune how AI analyses each specific answer.
Best Practices
Here are a few tips for getting the most out of templates:
- Keep it short — 3–5 questions is the sweet spot. Shorter forms get higher completion rates.
- Lead with voice — Put your most important, open‑ended question first while respondents are freshest.
- Use mixed types — Combine voice for qualitative depth with multiple choice or rating for structured data.
- Enable AI probing — Let AI ask follow‑ups for richer, more detailed voice responses.
- Add context — Use the description field to tell respondents why their input matters.
- Customise the thank‑you message — A personal touch after submission goes a long way.
