Your Customer Saw a Generic Form With No Logo. They Closed the Tab.

Your customer clicks a feedback link in your email. They land on a form with default blue colors, no logo, and a generic heading. They pause. Is this actually from your company? Is this safe? Is this a phishing attempt?

They close the tab.

You just lost a voice response, a potential testimonial, a support intake, or a lead qualification because the form did not look like it belonged to you.

Unbranded forms kill trust. When a customer sees your logo, your colors, and your visual identity on the form, they know it is legitimate. They trust it. They complete it. When they see generic defaults, they hesitate. Hesitation kills completion rates.

Sayify lets you apply your brand identity to every form, widget, and email. Logo, colors, typography, and visual style. No code. No CSS. Takes 5 minutes and applies globally to every form in your workspace.

What You Can Brand

Upload your company logo. It appears on:

  • The welcome page of every form
  • The header of embedded widgets
  • Autoresponder emails
  • PDF exports

Use a transparent PNG for best results. The logo automatically scales for different form layouts and device sizes.

Colors

Set your brand's color palette:

Setting What It Affects
Primary color Buttons, progress bars, active states, links
Background color Form background
Text color Questions, descriptions, labels
Accent color Highlights, focus states, badges

Enter hex codes from your brand guidelines. Every form in the workspace uses these colors automatically.

Visual Style Presets

Choose a base visual style and customize from there:

  • Clean White: White background, minimal borders, modern sans-serif. Best for professional and enterprise use
  • Dark Mode: Dark background with light text. Best for tech-forward brands
  • Soft Neutral: Warm gray tones with subtle shadows. Best for healthcare, wellness, and coaching
  • Bold Accent: Strong primary color header with white body. Best for consumer-facing brands

Each preset is a starting point. Customize colors, fonts, and spacing to match your exact brand identity.

Favicon and Page Title

For forms hosted on your Sayify URL or custom subdomain:

  • Upload a custom favicon (the small icon in the browser tab)
  • Set a custom page title (what appears in the browser tab and search results)

These details matter for professionalism. A form with "Acme Corp - Customer Feedback" in the browser tab feels intentional. A form with "Sayify Form" feels like a third-party tool.

Custom Subdomain

Instead of yourcompany.sayify.pro/form/abc123, use feedback.yourcompany.com/form/abc123.

Your domain. Your brand. The respondent sees your URL, not ours.

See our Custom Subdomain Setup Guide for DNS configuration.

Why Branding Directly Affects Completion Rates

Trust and Legitimacy

A branded form signals: "This is from the company you already trust." An unbranded form signals: "This might be from anyone." In an era of phishing and scam awareness, visual legitimacy is a completion rate multiplier.

Professional Perception

Your form is an extension of your brand experience. If your website is polished and professional but your feedback form is generic, there is a jarring disconnect. The customer's perception of your brand drops at the exact moment you are asking them to invest their time.

Brand Consistency

Every touchpoint should feel like the same company. Your website, your emails, your product, and your feedback forms should all share the same visual language. Consistency builds recognition. Recognition builds trust.

Expected Completion Rate Lift

Branding Level Completion Rate Impact
No branding (default) Baseline
Logo + colors only +10-15%
Full branding (logo, colors, subdomain, favicon) +20-30%
Full branding + professional welcome page copy +30-40%

Adding your logo alone can lift completion rates by 10-15%. Full branding with a custom subdomain can push rates 30-40% higher than default.

Setting Up Your Brand in 5 Minutes

Step 1: Open Workspace Settings

Go to SettingsBranding in your Sayify dashboard.

Click the logo upload area and select your company logo. Transparent PNG recommended. The logo will preview at the sizes used across form layouts.

  • Primary: #2C2D35 (your main action color)
  • Background: #FFFFFF or your preferred form background
  • Text: #1E1F24 (dark, readable)
  • Accent: Your secondary brand color

Step 4: Choose a Visual Style

Select the preset closest to your brand, then adjust. The preview updates in real time.

Step 5: Save and Apply

Click Save. Every form in your workspace immediately reflects the new branding. No per-form configuration needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use different branding for different forms?

Branding is set at the workspace level and applies to all forms. If you need different branding for different clients or products, create separate workspaces with their own brand settings.

Does custom branding work with widgets?

Yes. Embedded widgets (floating bubble, popup, slide-out) inherit your workspace branding. The widget button uses your primary color, and the form panel shows your logo and color scheme.

Can I use a custom font?

The visual style presets include professional font selections. Custom font uploads are available for workspaces that need specific typography to match their brand guidelines.

Does branding affect form performance?

No. Custom branding adds no measurable loading time. Logo images are optimized and cached. Colors are applied via CSS variables, which are instant.

Can respondents tell they are using Sayify?

With full branding (logo, colors, subdomain), the form looks and feels like a native part of your website. Respondents interact with your brand, not ours. A small "Powered by Sayify" link may appear in the footer on free plans.

How do I match exact brand colors?

Use the hex code picker in the branding settings. If you have a brand style guide, copy the exact hex codes. If not, use a browser color picker extension on your website to extract your current brand colors.

Your Form Is an Extension of Your Brand

Every unbranded form is a broken brand experience. The customer who trusted your website enough to click the feedback link now sees a generic form that looks like it could be from anyone.

Five minutes of branding configuration protects the trust you spent years building. Logo, colors, subdomain. That is all it takes to turn a generic form into a professional, on-brand experience.

Your customers already trust your brand. Your forms should look like they belong to it.
